
Overview
GOLFZON is seeking a strategic, hands-on Product Marketing Manager to own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution across our portfolio of golf simulator products, features, and experiences. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success and plays a critical role in shaping how our products are perceived by customers. You’ll translate complex product capabilities into clear, differentiated value propositions, lead product launches, and help bring our innovation to life through compelling campaigns, content, and ambassador-led storytelling. Responsibilities
Product Marketing & Positioning
— Partner closely with the Director of Marketing to align product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market priorities with broader marketing strategy and revenue goals Enablement & Narratives
— Support the Director of Marketing in developing scalable product narratives, frameworks, and enablement tools that empower Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams Product Positioning
— Develop and own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across GOLFZON portfolio City Golf Marketing
— Serve as the sole marketer for City Golf, owning end-to-end product marketing strategy, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution to build awareness, drive demand, and clearly differentiate the concept in the market Benefits Translation
— Translate product features and technical capabilities into customer-centric benefits and differentiated stories Content & Channels
— Partner with the Content Director to identify the best ways to promote GOLFZON products through brand ambassadors and content channels Go-To-Market & Launch Execution
— Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new products, feature releases, and upgrades GTM Components
— Own key GTM components, including target personas, customer segmentation, pricing and packaging strategy, launch planning, and sales enablement assets Cross-Functional Collaboration
— Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure aligned and successful launches Market & Customer Insights
— Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning, pricing, and messaging decisions Voice of Customer
— Analyze voice-of-customer data, win/loss insights, and field feedback to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities Actionable Recommendations
— Turn insights into actionable recommendations for product roadmap, messaging refinement, and campaign strategy Campaign & Enablement Support
— Help lead integrated marketing campaigns focused on product features, releases, and differentiators Sales Enablement
— Develop and support sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, product overviews, and competitive battlecards Storytelling
— Ensure consistent product storytelling across marketing, sales, and customer-facing channels Requirements
5+ years of end-to-end product or portfolio marketing experience Proven ability to translate product features into clear, compelling, and differentiated value propositions Strong product positioning, messaging, and value definition skills Hands-on experience owning or leading key GTM elements (personas, segmentation, pricing & packaging, launch execution, sales enablement) Experience working cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success Ability to synthesize customer feedback, VOC data, and competitive insights into strategic product recommendations Background or strong interest in golf, sports technology, fitness tech, simulators, or hardware-enabled products Why Join GOLFZON
