Job Summary The
L&D Content Creator
develops and enhances training content aimed at improving workforce safety, reducing risks, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations. This role focuses on delivering engaging, effective learning solutions that drive safety, compliance, and performance across the organization. Key Responsibilities
Develop and enhance training content to improve workforce safety and reduce operational risks
Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations through effective learning programs
Design and deliver engaging e-learning solutions and instructional materials
Create interactive and impactful content using industry-standard development tools
Manage projects effectively to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of learning solutions
Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Learning and Development, or related field
Experience in instructional design, content development, or learning and development
Experience working within safety, compliance, or industrial sectors (e.g., construction, oil and gas)
Strong instructional design and e-learning development experience
Intermediate to expert-level content creation skills
Proficient project management skills
Must have own computer
Nice-to-Have Experience
Certifications in Instructional Design or Adult Learning
Experience developing safety and compliance-focused training in industrial environments
Required Skills
Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate
Advanced Google Suite proficiency
E-learning development
Preferred Skills
Camtasia
Adobe Creative Cloud
