conveying both the brand's commercial strengths and the ethical values it stands for.

Role Description We are seeking a

Trade Marketing Manager

with a profound sensitivity toward

Brand Positioning . The successful candidate will be responsible for translating brand value and quality into effective point-of-sale (POS) strategies, ensuring that shelf placement accurately reflects the company’s standards of excellence.

The ideal candidate does not merely manage promotions but acts as a category expert capable of leveraging consumer feedback and behavior ( C2B ) to consolidate the brand's presence with distributors. The objective is to ensure that quality, positioning, and brand value are correctly perceived by both the retailer and the end consumer.

Main Responsibilities

Brand & Visibility at POS:

Define guidelines for product placement, ensuring the brand occupies the appropriate space in terms of visibility, category share, and consistency with its quality tier.

Communication to Trade:

Create and deliver

Sales Storytelling

narratives that explain the brand's intrinsic value to buyers and why consumers choose it over competitors.

Channel Strategy:

Develop differentiated marketing plans across various distribution channels, monitoring that brand identity remains intact at every touchpoint.

Consumer-to-Business Integration:

Transform consumer expectations and feedback into technical sales arguments to enhance the qualitative positioning of products within the trade.

Monitoring & Audit:

Supervise the execution of shelf strategies and the correct implementation of Product and Brand Marketing campaigns at the point of sale.

Requirements

Degree

in Communication, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.

Consolidated experience

(at least 7 years) in a similar role.

Deep knowledge

of Mass Retail (GDO) logic and physical sales channels.

Strategic Vision:

Ability to look beyond individual SKUs to manage the overall brand architecture.

Excellent communication skills

and technical negotiation abilities with commercial partners.
