
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to execute marketing programs across social media, website, proposals, and content. This role helps keep our brand consistent, supports pursuit materials for proposals/RFPs, coordinates vendors and freelancers, and provides clear monthly reporting.
What You'll Do:
Brand, Content, and Communications
Execute within established brand guidelines to maintain consistent voice, visuals, and messaging. Create and coordinate content for company communications (newsletters and updates). Social Media and Community
Manage the social media calendar and publish content across platforms. Provide creative direction; capture jobsite and team photo/video content; monitor and engage with the community. Edit photos and videos as needed to support high-quality posts. Website and Analytics
Manage website content updates and coordinate ongoing site maintenance. Track basic website performance using analytics tools and contribute to monthly reporting. Plus (not required): ability to edit or build pages in the website CMS. Proposals, RFPs, and Estimating Support
Support the estimating team by assembling and maintaining marketing requirements for proposals and RFPs (templates, resumes, project sheets, narratives, and collateral). Maintain up-to-date pursuit materials and marketing packages. Coordination and Vendors
Coordinate and lead vendors and freelancers to meet deadlines and brand standards. Support events and internal initiatives as needed. Reporting
Prepare monthly reporting on marketing activity and performance (website, social, email/newsletters, and proposal support outputs). What Success Looks Like (Over Time)
Consistent brand execution across channels. Improved speed and quality of proposal/RFP support through strong templates and organized content libraries. Growing engagement and stronger storytelling across social and content. Reliable, useful monthly reporting with clear takeaways. Qualifications
Experience executing marketing across social, website, and content in a deadline-driven environment. Proficiency with common marketing tools (email marketing, CRM tracking, social platforms). Strong writing, organization, and attention to detail. Working knowledge of Adobe tools; ability to edit photos and/or videos. Creative instincts for social content and storytelling. Ability to use AI tools responsibly to improve efficiency and quality. Nice to Have
Experience supporting proposals/RFPs. Ability to edit or build website pages in a CMS. Experience coordinating freelancers and vendors. Work Location
