
Position Summary
The Casino Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing casino marketing initiatives by managing digital content, coordinating vendors, overseeing creative and signage, and supporting casino promotions. This role serves as the central point of contact to ensure all marketing efforts are accurate, timely, and aligned with brand and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and post casino content across digital platforms including the website, email, social media, and gaming platforms Ensure all promotions, events, and offers are accurate and up to date across all marketing channels Serve as the main point of contact for marketing vendors, including advertising, digital, creative, and print partners Coordinate timelines, creative approvals, revisions, and production schedules with vendors Act as the point person for all creative materials and signage, including promotional graphics, digital screens, and floor signage Ensure all creative and signage are branded, compliant, and installed on time Coordinate and execute casino promotions such as giveaways, drawings, tournaments, and special events Work closely with casino operations, slots, cage, and player development to ensure promotions run smoothly Maintain marketing calendars, vendor lists, and promotion schedules Track invoices, budgets, and marketing deliverables Provide regular updates and reporting to marketing leadership Qualifications
Experience in marketing coordination, casino marketing, or a similar fast-paced environment Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines, promotions, and vendors Strong communication and attention to detail Comfortable working with both creative teams and casino operations Preferred
Casino or hospitality marketing experience Experience with digital platforms, CMS systems, or player databases Familiarity with gaming regulations and promotional compliance
