The Opportunity 10x.team is assembling a select group of European marketing professionals to help make AI systems smarter about marketing reasoning. Think positioning strategy, audience segmentation, funnel architecture, brand building, and channel mix optimisation.
This is not campaign execution or content production. This is structured, high-focus intellectual work that shapes how technology understands marketing.
What You'll Do
Draft complex marketing scenarios: go-to-market strategy, brand positioning, campaign architecture, budget allocation, conversion optimisation, attribution
Evaluate and refine AI-generated responses for strategic coherence, creative quality, and alignment with modern marketing practice
Create variants for different contexts (B2B SaaS launch, D2C scaling, employer branding, performance audit, European market entry)
Design tricky examples that expose weaknesses: vanity metrics, channel‑audience mismatch, generic personas, copy that talks product instead of customer
Who You Are
3+ years (mid‑level) or 6+ years (senior) in a strategic marketing role
Based in an EU or UK jurisdiction
Strong in at least two domains (e.g., brand strategy, performance, content, product marketing, growth, CRM, analytics)
You connect marketing to business outcomes (pipeline, revenue, retention), not just impressions
You spot weak strategy, lazy targeting, and flawed measurement fast
Bonus: B2B + B2C experience, multi‑market European campaigns, marketing automation tools, SEO/paid media expertise, CMO or team lead experience.
The Details
Fully remote, flexible scheduling
5–15 hours per week
2–4+ months (extension possible)
Independent contractor agreement
Competitive hourly rate, paid weekly
