Department:
AI Model Training
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate aligned with senior European executives
The Opportunity You operate at the highest level of general management. 10x.team partners with leading frontier AI labs that require senior operators to help train next-generation AI models. This is not consulting. This is not interim management. This is model shaping. You will help AI systems reason more effectively about general management. Topics include turnaround strategy, board alignment, stakeholder management, operational scaling, leadership transitions, and high-stakes executive decision‑making. Your executive judgment becomes structured training infrastructure.
Your Mission You will contribute to reinforcement learning from human feedback datasets focused on executive leadership reasoning. You will:
Draft complex scenarios involving turnaround strategy, board communication, operational restructuring, leadership team design, investor relations, and cross‑functional performance management.
Evaluate and refine AI‑generated responses for strategic accuracy, prioritisation quality, and real‑world realism.
Create prompt variants across contexts such as CEO turnarounds, Chief of Staff alignment challenges, GM scaling situations, board capital allocation debates, and founder‑to‑CEO transitions.
Design cases that expose flawed reasoning including unrealistic timelines, missing stakeholder dynamics, weak prioritisation, and oversimplified growth assumptions.
Ensure outputs reflect European governance structures, works council dynamics, EU investor expectations, and regulatory environments.
Collaborate asynchronously with the research coordination team.
