4 days onsite in Glendale, CA (no flexiblity here!) 2 year contract; 40 hour work week A minimum of an associates (2 year) degree in advertising, art, graphic art or design is a must have Day to Day Expectations

Demonstrate the ability to think creatively and provide marketable solutions for advertising problems. Ability to work well with a Sr. Copywriter partner to deliver compelling, 360 campaign concepts. Ensure synergy when working all components of a campaign. Ability to interpret creative briefs and act upon client feedback. Must deliver polished and well-designed creative elements for internal and external presentations. Ability to travel (locally and domestically) for shoots and client presentations. Ability to give direction to photographers, designers, directors, editors, and other vendors as they relate to the creative output. Mentor Jr. Creatives, guiding their day to day creative work and offering feedback. Creating content for all digital and social channels Ability to construct a cohesive creative presentation. Basic Qualifications

5-7 years in an agency setting, or related experience. Exceptional presentation skills– a requirement for both internal and external creative presentations. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) After Effects and 3D a bonus Time management skills A MUST. Ability to handle multiple assignments, self-manage and meet deadlines. Must be proficient in presentation software and have working knowledge of PowerPoint. An ad school or liberal arts (4 year) degree is preferred.
