Responsibilities
Develop creative, marketable solutions to address advertising challenges
Partner closely with a Senior Copywriter to concept and execute integrated 360° campaigns
Mentor and guide junior creatives, providing ongoing feedback and direction
Create content across digital and social channels
Ensure cohesion and synergy across all campaign touchpoints
Requirements
5–7 years of agency or related creative experience
Ad school or four-year liberal arts degree preferred; Minimum associate degree in advertising, art, graphic design, or related field required
Exceptional presentation skills for both internal and external audiences
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator); After Effects and 3D capabilities a plus
Strong concepting skills across digital and social platforms
