Job Summary Join our creative team as Production Designer! You will be responsible for preparing, managing, and delivering high-volume, production-ready creative assets for Gratsy\'s experiential marketing programs. This role is a critical quality-control and execution function, ensuring all artwork is accurate, compliant, on-brand, and optimized for print and production across a wide range of physical deliverables.

Responsibilities

Own final preparation of all press-ready and error-free art files mitigating rework

Apply dyelines, bleeds, trims, color profiles, and print specifications

Resize, version, and adapt artwork across formats and vendors

Perform color correction, retouching, and image optimization

Work fluently and efficiently in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign (as applicable) demonstrating technical excellence and software mastery

Execute complex typography layouts and vector-based design

Maintain accuracy across layered, high-detail files

Manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously on time and under high-volume demands

Respond quickly to revisions and production changes

Meet aggressive timelines without sacrificing quality

Ensure consistency across all customer brand assets

Serve as the final brand reviewer before production

Flag inconsistencies, errors, or risks proactively

Own and maintain organized asset libraries for all customer brands

Manage file naming, version control, and archival processes

Ensure teams have access to easily locate and find the correct and most current assets

Prepare artwork for various production methods, including and not limited to screen printing, digital printing, foiling, UV varnishes, large-format and specialty printing

Understand packaging materials, box printing, and basic structural design considerations

Adapt artwork for packaging formats and dimensional constraints ensuring artwork fits correctly and produces clean final outputs

Apply artwork to packaging dielines accurately

Collaborate with sourcing on material and vendor requirements

Review artwork for compliance considerations including required disclaimers, trademark usage, ADA guidelines (color contrast, readability), food, medical, and on-camera usage requirements

Flag risks or missing compliance elements

Work in tandem with Art Directors and Senior Art Directors, sourcing and vendor partners, Events and Operations teams

Translate creative intent into production realities

Education & Related Experience Required

High school diploma or equivalent required, associates or bachelors degree preferred.

4+ years of professional experience in a Production Designer or Graphic Designer role with similar accountabilities to this role at an agency or experiential marketing firm

1+ year of proven professional experience preparing press-ready filed for physical production

Portfolio required

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Advanced typography and layout skills

Deep understanding of print production and file prep

Strong organizational and asset management skills

Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure

Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset

Clear communication and proactive problem-solving

Shopper marketing or experiential design experience preferred

Exposure to 3D rendering software (preferably Blender), AI software, and other emerging creative tools

A valid driver\'s license and the ability to be covered under the Gratsy\'s insurance policy are required

Work Schedule and Location Enjoy our hybrid onsite environment! This position will be located in the company\'s HQ. Team members based out of this location work in the Gratsy Bentonville, AR office at a minimum Tuesday through Thursday, and remotely on Monday and Friday, depending on business needs.
