About the role Our Client (early stage SaaS) is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale their organic and performance growth engine. You’ll drive measurable impact across

SEO/AEO (AI search + traditional search) ,

conversion rate optimization (CRO) , and

paid channels.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who can move from strategy to execution, loves experimentation, and is comfortable operating with ambiguous inputs while staying laser‑focused on outcomes.

What you’ll do SEO + AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)

Own organic search strategy across traditional search and AI‑driven discovery (e.g., answer engines, AI overviews, chat‑based search).

Build and optimize content programs and technical SEO foundations: site architecture, internal linking, crawl/indexation, schema, Core Web Vitals, and programmatic SEO where appropriate.

Identify and prioritize opportunities using quantitative data

Design experiments, define success metrics, run A/B tests, and ship learnings into durable improvements.

Own experimentation across paid channels beyond search—e.g.,

paid and organic social, sponsorships, partnerships, newsletters, communities, Reddit, and other high‑intent placements .

Build a test‑and‑learn roadmap: define hypotheses, set budgets, design creative/messaging tests, and evaluate incrementality and efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

Demonstrated success driving growth in early‑stage, product‑led SaaS companies , with hands‑on experience improving acquisition, activation/onboarding, and retention.

Strong digital marketing fundamentals

across paid channels, SEO (ideally AEO/AI Search too), content, email, and lifecycle programs.

Highly analytical and experiment‑oriented —comfortable working with funnel metrics, dashboards/analytics tools, and structured testing frameworks.
