
Marketing Project Manager

The Creative Project Manager serves as the single point of contact for managing end-to-end creative production supporting global marketing campaigns and product launches. This role partners with internal brand teams and external creative agencies to drive projects from concept through execution and global distribution.
Responsibilities
Manage multiple creative productions from inception to final delivery
Facilitate communication and alignment across global stakeholders
Track creative briefs, Statements of Work (SOWs), timelines, milestones, and scope
Develop and manage realistic project schedules
Troubleshoot production challenges and negotiate solutions
Ensure delivery of high-quality creative assets for global market partners
Required Skills
Experience leading creative production for campaigns and product launches
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Media Production, or equivalent experience
Knowledge of photo, video, and content production workflows
Strong attention to detail and ability to make independent decisions
Experience with project management tools such as Workfront, MS Project, Frame.io, or similar platforms
Project management platforms (Workfront, MS Project, Frame.io or similar)
Cross-functional collaboration with global marketing and creative teams
