Field & Channel Marketing Specialist

to own and drive regional marketing across

Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg) .

This is a high-impact role, sitting close to Sales and Channel teams, where you’ll take full ownership of regional field marketing initiatives from flagship events and partner activations to integrated campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.

What You’ll Be Doing

Plan, execute, and evaluate regional trade shows, partner events, and customer events across Benelux

Own the full event lifecycle: concept, logistics, vendors, on-site delivery, and post-event reporting

Manage booth assets, shipments, and on-site presentation

Partner closely with Sales and Channel teams to maximise ROI and pipeline impact

Ensure accurate event listings across websites and microsites

Own the Benelux field marketing strategy in collaboration with Sales

Deliver integrated campaigns targeting customers, prospects, resellers, and hardware partners

Localise and translate content to ensure strong regional relevance

Adapt global campaigns to local market needs

Support recruitment and activation of new resellers

Build and execute co-marketing initiatives with partners

Coordinate partner-led events, lunch & learns, and local activations

Own regional partner communications and alignment

Contribute to quarterly and annual field marketing plans

Manage regional budgets, POs, accruals, and reporting

Track KPIs across events, campaigns, and partner initiatives

Support email campaigns with CRM teams

Validate localised website content

Assist with regional lead generation and nurturing

Support local PR activities and case study development

What We’re Looking For

Fluency in

Dutch and English

Strong

B2B field marketing and event management

experience

Proven ability to manage multiple regional initiatives simultaneously

Experience working closely with

Sales and Channel partners

Commercial, results-driven mindset with strong reporting skills

Excellent organisation, communication, and stakeholder management

Salesforce experience is a plus

Channel marketing experience is highly valuedExperience in B2B software, SaaS, or enterprise technology is advantageous

Based in the Netherlands with a

valid driver’s licence
