Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week (standard business hours)
Compensation:
$28 to $31 per hour
About the Role A well‑known global entertainment & media client is seeking an enthusiastic, highly collaborative marketing professional with a strong blend of creative and business skills to support integrated marketing initiatives across a major line of its business.
This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented, proactive team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys coordinating multi‑platform promotions that drive awareness, engagement, and audience interest. A strong design sense is essential, particularly for presentations and Keynote decks. This role will also involve making frequent updates to documentation and Excel trackers.
Responsibilities
Support the execution of integrated marketing and synergy initiatives across select film titles and releases
Partner closely with Integrated Marketing leadership to manage timelines, deliverables, and execution details
Maintain and update budgets, reports, marketing briefs, production charts, and delivery trackers on a weekly basis
Synthesize data into clear, visually compelling presentations and documents using strong design sensibility
Source, organize, and distribute weekly asset packages to internal teams and external partners
Manage organization of all creative assets within shared network folders
Oversee inventory deliveries across all partner platforms
Request and track standard and custom creative assets (theatrical, streaming, etc.)
Manage creative workflows with Creative teams, including routing materials to Legal, Music Legal, and Integrated Marketing stakeholders
Ensure creative feedback and approvals are received, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner
Keep teams informed of new campaign content or special tags with sufficient lead time to adjust promotional plans
Attend meetings, capture notes, update project statuses, and manage meeting logistics
Take on additional projects as needed to support the broader marketing team
Qualifications
Excellent computer proficiency (Mac & Windows), including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Adobe tools
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
Exceptional attention to detail, including proofreading and quality control across documents and decks
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and with senior stakeholders
Analytical mindset with problem‑solving capabilities
Proactive, collaborative, and solutions‑oriented working style
Understanding of social media platforms and current digital trends
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism under pressure
