The
Integrated Content Producer
will produce the kind of innovative, impactful, and memorable cross-channel work that has made our healthy brands leaders in their categories, and The Wonderful Company the unique and enviable organization that it is. Whether a TV campaign, web series, photo shoot, documentary, digital/social media video, event, or real-world brand activation, you'll work with top creative talent inside and outside of the Agency to craft meaningful, smart (and often hilarious) content and experiences that connect with our eclectic audiences in the places where they live and play.
This role reports to the Executive Producer and will be based at our West Los Angeles, CA office. We work a
hybrid
schedule with an in-office requirement Monday-Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.

Lead projects from concept through delivery--overseeing timelines, budgets, cross-functional collaboration, and production logistics--while ensuring creative excellence at every stage.
The role will strengthen team integration by aligning strategy, storytelling and execution and help deliver impactful work that drives measurable success for the brands and the agency.
Lead integrated content projects, from brief through final delivery
Develop and manage timelines, budgets, scopes and production schedules
Oversee internal teams and external partners (directors, editors, photographers, vendors, talent, etc)
Anticipate production challenges and proactively problem solve
Partner with creative, project managers, strategy, media and brand teams to align execution with campaign objectives
Translate creative concepts into actionable production plans
Ensure work maintains creative integrity while meeting business and budget requirements
Produce multi-platform content including video, social, digital, experiential and branded content for a diverse portfolio of brands
Supervise shoots, post production, asset delivery and versioning
Ensure legal, talent, music, licensing and usage requirement are handled properly
Maintain high standards of quality control
Improve workflows and production efficiencies
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
4-6+ years of experience as a Producer within an ad agency or in house brand environment working on large-scale productions
Proven experience producing multi-channel campaigns
Strong budget management and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
A portfolio/reel that reflects strong creative instincts, solid production execution, and the ability to elevate ideas through thoughtful production decisions and problem-solving
Experience collaborating with directors, photographers, and production/post-production partners across a range of budget levels
Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with production vendors and crew
Pay Range: $130,000 - $140,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
