Job Title Enrollment Ambassador (Part-Time, Stipend-Based)

Reports to Chief Impact Officer

Location School-based & community-based (Cleveland)

Duration March–August 2026 (with enrollment persistence check through November 1)

Role Summary Enrollment Ambassadors are trusted, community-connected individuals who support school-based enrollment efforts by serving as visible, relational messengers for Partnership Schools. This temporary, stipend-based role focuses on strengthening the Awareness, Consideration, Engagement, and Advocacy phases of the prospective family journey through in-person outreach, community presence, and warm follow-up with families. This role is ideal for individuals who are well-connected locally, energized by community engagement, and motivated by the mission of Catholic education.

Key Responsibilities Community Outreach & Engagement

Represent the school at approved school-based and community events

Engage families in conversations about the school’s mission, culture, and offerings

Serve as a welcoming, trusted first point of contact for interested families

Enrollment Support

Encourage and normalize next steps in the enrollment process

Support follow-up with interested families according to school guidance

Ensure warm handoff to school teams and enrollment systems

Advocacy & Storytelling

Share authentic stories and experiences that reflect the school’s strengths

Act as a visible advocate for the school within the community

Uphold consistent, network-approved messaging

Documentation & Accountability

Submit weekly timesheets documenting hours worked and events supported

Provide required documentation and proof of engagement for each event

Adhere to professionalism, approval, and documentation expectations

Qualifications

Strong commitment to the mission and values of your respective school community

Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect authentically with families and community partners.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Comfortable working in schools and neighborhoods, including evenings and weekends for family and community events.

Flexibility to travel between schools across Cleveland.

What This Role Does Not Include

Managing applications or admissions decisions

Making guarantees related to acceptance or placement

Independent outreach without school or network approval

Compensation Enrollment Ambassadors are compensated through a clear, hourly-based structure that reflects both effort and impact over the outreach season.

Hourly Rate & Work Requirement

Enrollment Ambassadors are paid $50 per hour

Each Ambassador is expected to complete 15 total hours of approved outreach work during the March–August outreach window

All outreach hours must be pre-approved by the Chief Impact Officer (CIO)

Earnings Range

Ambassadors who meet the minimum work requirement (15 hours) will earn $750 for the season

Ambassadors who take on additional approved outreach, events, or high-need support may earn up to $1,000 total, based on documented hours worked

Total compensation is capped at $1,000 per Ambassador

In addition to hourly compensation, Ambassadors may earn a performance bonus for enrolled students

Student enrollment must be clearly attributed to the Ambassador’s outreach

The student must remain enrolled through November 1

Performance bonus is capped at ten (10) students per Ambassador

Documentation & Payment

All hours must be logged on weekly timesheets

Payment is contingent upon:

Pre-approval of outreach hours

Submission of required documentation

Verification of enrollment attribution and persistence

Payment is contingent upon submission and approval of required timesheets and documentation.
