Position Overview: We’re looking for a passionate and talented Senior Product Designer to join our Product Development team and help drive the next generation of pop culture collectibles! This position will lead the design efforts for existing and new collectibles. You will collaborate with licensors and work alongside international teams to create innovative and trendy collectible toys that resonate in global markets. Being an avid pop culture fan and toy collector is a must!
This role requires working under the direction of the Product Development VP, while adhering to company rules, development guidelines, and established workflows that reflect our culture and creative process.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee designs for pop culture collectibles (including but not limited to figures), ensuring quality and brand consistency
Collaborate with internal teams to align design strategies and project timelines
Accept and apply constructive criticism as part of the creative process, demonstrating a commitment to growth, improvement, and alignment with our team’s standards
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where priorities can shift quickly, and projects move faster than typical industry timelines
Manage a couple different projects at a time, seeing them through from concept to final product
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development in the toy industry
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools
An extensive understanding of the collector market and pop culture trends, and the flexibility to adapt designs to meet evolving consumer preference
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across teams and with external partners
