Advertised Job Summary The Marketing and Communications Coordinator for the Office of Undergraduate Studies develops and executes communications that promote recruitment, retention, and career readiness programs within the McCausland College of Arts and Sciences. This role strengthens affinity for the College among key audiences—including prospective and admitted students, employers, faculty, staff, and community members—by building strong relationships and increasing visibility for programs and events. Effective communications will support higher engagement, improved attendance, and stronger recruitment and retention outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 2 years experience in communications and electronic media, and/or public relations and marketing. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Ability to plan and organize multiple projects simultaneously while working independently. Basic graphic design skills and experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, or similar programs.
