
The Multimedia Content Creator is responsible for producing high-quality photo, video, graphic and written content to support ecommerce, brand marketing, retail partners and sales enablement. This role serves as the on-camera talent while leading the production and editing of B2C and B2B product and instructional content across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as primary on-camera talent for product, instructional, promotional and educational video content
Produce and edit video content for web, retail partners, social media and sales enablement initiatives
Create product-focused content including overviews, feature highlights and instructional videos
Capture studio and lifestyle photography for products and marketing campaigns
Edit and retouch photos for use across digital channels
Support product launches and seasonal campaigns with engaging visual and written content
Assist with blog posts and written marketing content
Contribute to email content creation and support broader email marketing campaigns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute creative concepts
Ensure all content aligns with established brand and creative guidelines
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong on-camera presence with the ability to communicate clearly, confidently and naturally
Strong visual storytelling instincts and creative problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing and post-production; After Effects experience a plus
Understanding of lighting, studio setups, framing and shot composition
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Canva for simple visual assets and layouts
High attention to detail and commitment to visual quality
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to feedback
Collaborative mindset with a proactive, team-oriented approach
Golf knowledge and experience a plus
Minimum Qualifications:
1–2 years of hands‑on video production experience (internship or freelance accepted)
Demonstrated experience appearing on camera in a professional or branded content setting
Experience shooting video with mirrorless cameras
Experience capturing studio and lifestyle photography
Physical Requirements:
Regularly required to stand, sit and reach to operate cameras, lighting and other production equipment.
Occasionally lift or move equipment, props or light fixtures (up to 25 lbs).
Able to work in studio or on‑location settings as needed.
