Expected Hiring Range Minimum: $53,200.00

Expected Hiring Range Maximum: $70,000.00

The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training and internal pay comparison. The above hiring range represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

Our focus areas are planetary and environmental health, climate governance, and energy systems, and our cross-cutting approaches are equity and justice, robust data science, and real-world impact. Responsibilities

Contribute to content development and promotion for IGS events, including coordination with internal and external partners, promotional content development, and event logistics.

Manage social media accounts, including day‑to‑day content strategy and creation for interpretation of faculty research and coverage of institute events.

Manage website content and regular updates in support of research and events.

Participate in the recruitment and management of student communications assistants.

Manage internal communications mechanisms, including updates to IGS email lists, calendars, and databases.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of related work experience.
