Job Summary With the goal of becoming the #1 flip flop brand in the US, the Channel Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in the North America growth and expansion journey. Reporting to the local Marketing Director, this role ensures go-to-market excellence and consistent brand execution across all channels. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, results‑driven marketer with a passion for retail, partnerships, and consumer experiences.

This is a hybrid position. Candidates must live in the New York area and be willing to work at the New York, NY headquarters up to three days per week.

The start date for this position is March 2nd, 2026.

Key Duties And Responsibilities Distributor Partner Management Lead distributor execution across wholesale and marketplace channels. Approve and align marketing materials with brand standards, and manage a centralized asset library to ensure consistent and effective use across all channels.

Retail Partner Marketing Serve as the primary marketing liaison for retail partners, owning strategy and execution across all retail initiatives. Drive in‑store visual merchandising, traffic‑driving campaigns, and localized activations to maximize sell‑through and brand impact.

Retail Expansion & Store Openings Oversee the execution of brand design guidelines for new store openings. Manage agency partners through concept development, design, and build‑out to ensure a cohesive and on‑brand retail experience.

Go‑to‑Market Leadership Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and brand partners to develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies that drive sales performance and strengthen brand presence across channels.

Strategic Partnerships & Activations Manage key partnership contracts (e.g., Disney), lead trade show and experiential activations, and identify new partnership opportunities with universities, sports teams, and other strategic partners.

In‑Store Experience Conduct regular store visits, support field teams, and ensure best‑in‑class execution of the brand across the entire consumer journey.

Insights, Analytics & Reporting Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, analyze results, and deliver actionable monthly reports to inform decision‑making and drive continuous improvement.

Skills And Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in trade, retail, or channel marketing (footwear, fashion, or lifestyle experience preferred)

Strong knowledge of retail and wholesale ecosystems, with proven experience in activation and execution

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools

Experience managing digital assets, creative vendors, and print production

Demonstrated success in budget management, event planning, and campaign execution

Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills

Strategic thinker with a proactive, collaborative mindset who thrives in fast‑paced, dynamic environments

Comfortable working in a multinational organization and open to regular travel
