to support and execute our marketing initiatives while also assisting customers in our showroom. This role is essential in building brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and maintaining a strong digital presence across multiple platforms. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Fort Wayne, IN. The Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies that support business growth and customer engagement. This position focuses on social media content creation and management, email marketing, website updates, and digital design, while also providing friendly, professional assistance to customers in our showroom. Key Responsibilities
Create engaging social media content focused on brand awareness, what we do content, and trending reels and audio Manage and schedule content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Develop and distribute monthly email newsletters and promotional campaign emails Maintain and update company website content Create digital design assets for marketing, promotions, and sales support Greet, interact with, and assist customers in the showroom Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels Track marketing performance and engagement metrics to support continuous improvement Qualifications & Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience in social media management and content creation Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms Familiarity with email marketing platforms and website content management systems Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Creative mindset with an eye for trends, branding, and design Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Compensation
