Overview We’re seeking an experienced Supervising Producer to lead production for a quick service restaurant (QSR) agency‑of‑record engagement spanning broadcast, studio and location‑based productions, digital, social and instore signage. You will run and oversee high impact productions end‑to‑end, manage vendor and client relationships, and mentor a team of Producers while ensuring all work meets best in class creative and operational standards.
As a supervising producer, you will act as the primary production point of contact—bridging creative vision to delivery across the client’s organization working closely with partners, talent, including direct engagement with C‑suite executives and managing all aspects of production. This role calls for strategic decision‑making, steady composure under pressure, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of end‑to‑end production.
This is a hybrid role, with frequent travel, candidates must be located in New York City, Austin or San Antonio.
Responsibilities Producing & Production Management
Oversee productions, medium and small scale for the QSR AOR.
Create detailed bid specifications and solicit, evaluate and compare vendor proposals.
Manage and negotiate vendor contracts, rates, change orders and partnership terms.
Produce Level of Effort (LOE) estimates, production schedules and other key documentation.
Manage budgets, financial forecasting, out‑of‑pocket tracking and approvals.
Coordinate legal and rights compliance with business affairs; manage clearances and usage terms.
Engage Diversity & Inclusion resources when appropriate and ensure inclusive production practices.
Oversee vendor procurement, vendor relationship management and quality control of deliverables.
Hands on Production
Lead on‑set direction for photo and video shoots, managing crew, talent, vendors and day‑of logistics.
Coordinate technical setup: camera, lighting, sound, grip, and other equipment requirements.
Manage permits, location logistics, safety protocols and union/talent requirements.
Understanding large scale brand campaigns through to small social‑first shoots.
Oversee post‑production and animation pipelines, including editorial, color, sound design, VFX and motion graphics.
Define and enforce technical specs and delivery standards for broadcast, digital, social and POS assets.
Supervise asset handoffs, versioning, review cycles and final master creation to ensure quality and brand consistency.
Troubleshoot production and post issues in real time; implement contingency plans to keep schedules and budgets on track.
Manage stock licensing, usage tracking and rights clearances for imagery, music and archival material.
Oversee asset management, metadata, archiving and distribution to ensure easy retrieval and reuse.
Coordinate client review sessions and consolidate notes to drive efficient revisions and approvals.
Travel frequently to shoots and vendor facilities as needed.
AI and Technology Integration
Leverage AI and other emerging technologies to optimize workflows and production processes.
Stay updated on technology trends and lead initiatives to test and implement new tools and platforms.
Ensure approval for all tools the team is using.
Understanding of tools such as OpenAI, Runway, ElevenLabs, and Veo3 and how they integrate with traditional production workflows.
Qualifications
7+ years of production experience in an agency, production company or in‑house production environment.
Experience managing multi‑discipline production teams and delivering high‑profile campaigns.
Experience on AOR accounts; QSR experience strongly preferred.
Track record running at least three production specialties (e.g., broadcast, 2D/3D motion, social‑first, experiential, live events, podcasts, UX/interactive).
Expert in creating bid specs, LOEs and production estimates; soliciting and evaluating vendor proposals; and negotiating contracts/rates.
Strong financial competence.
Knowledge of rights management, talent deals, licensing, clearances and business affairs coordination.
Hands‑on production experience: comfortable on set for photo/video shoots and experienced managing post‑production pipelines.
Technical familiarity with MS Office, Google Suite; Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects); Frame.io, VimeoPro and common production workflow tools.
Experience evaluating and integrating production technology and AI tools, including governance and ROI assessment.

Compensation Range: $131,000- $151,000/yr. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
