The Marketing Manager oversees the full marketing function, leading strategic initiatives that strengthen brand presence, support sales, and improve customer and distributor relationships. This role manages internal team members and external partners, drives creative and digital execution, and ensures smooth coordination of marketing activities across the organization. Strong communication, leadership, and creative thinking are essential. Responsibilities

Oversee the Marketing Department and manage 4 direct reports Prioritize and organize a high volume of incoming requests from internal teams and outside partners. Lead rebranding initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. Oversee all graphic design work and ensure brand alignment. Manage website design, updates, and overall site experience. Generate new ideas and develop creative ways to promote products and strengthen brand visibility. Partner with the Product Specialist to support product launches, messaging, and promotions. Collaborate closely with sales teams, including outside sales representatives. Communicate regularly across departments to align marketing activities with organizational goals. Manage and coordinate trade shows, acting as the primary event planner. Oversee logistics, materials, booth design, and post‑show follow‑up efforts. Maintain and improve relationships with distributors, customers, and vendor partners. Support sales and customer‑facing initiatives by strengthening communication channels. Experience overseeing a marketing department or team. Background in trade show or event management. Experience managing graphic design and website initiatives. Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain and grow external relationships. Comfortable working cross‑functionally with product, sales, and external partners. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Creative problem‑solver with a track record of generating promotional ideas. Leadership experience with direct reports and vendor partners.
