Authorize to sign (as a doer) :
Engineering GMP documents
Break down/Preventive maintenance report
Incident and Investigation Documents
QMS documents review and closing
Maintenance management (B/D and PM) of HVAC systems
Consult with Manufacturer for remedial action of machine related issues
Effective coordination with inter departments (QA, QE, Production and Purchase)
Ensure availability of spares for critical equipment
Ensure departmental participation in Qualification activity and approval of Qualification documents
Handling and monitoring of BMS System
Participate in Technical Investigations
Timely initiate and close QMS Documents
Ensure documents are maintained as per SOP
