We’re partnering with an established apparel platform to appoint a
Wholesale Sales Manager
to lead and grow strategic relationships with key brand clients. This is a commercially accountable role with direct ownership of revenue performance, client strategy, and day-to-day execution. You will operate as the senior commercial lead across a portfolio of apparel brands, ensuring strong financial outcomes while coordinating cross-functionally to deliver product, service, and operational excellence. If you understand women's apparel development cycles, can manage pricing and margin conversations confidently, and know how to grow complex accounts without losing operational control, this role offers real commercial ownership. Key Responsibilities
Lead a portfolio of strategic apparel brand accounts with full revenue and margin responsibility. Develop and execute account growth plans aligned to client objectives and internal financial targets. Build multi-level relationships across design, merchandising, sourcing, and executive stakeholders. Drive pricing architecture, costing discussions, and commercial negotiations to protect profitability. Oversee seasonal forecasting, pipeline tracking, and order flow to maintain clear revenue visibility. Partner with product development and production teams to ensure alignment on timelines, costing, and quality expectations. Identify whitespace opportunities within existing accounts and convert them into incremental revenue. Monitor market dynamics and competitive positioning to refine account strategy and offering. Resolve product, delivery, or service challenges quickly while preserving long-term client trust. Deliver structured reporting and performance updates to senior leadership. What We’re Looking For
6+ years of experience in selling women's apparel into department stores, off price or value channels. Direct experience working with apparel brands or branded apparel businesses. Strong working knowledge of product development, sourcing, and production timelines. Demonstrated ability to scale revenue within established client relationships. Confident negotiator with solid understanding of pricing, gross margin, and forecasting. Highly organized, commercially disciplined, and comfortable managing multiple timelines. Advanced Excel proficiency and experience using CRM or reporting systems.
