Our client is seeking an experienced
Order Management Specialist
to join their Sales Operations team in Austin. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, international environment and enjoys working cross‑functionally to ensure seamless order execution and an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Process customer orders (new business, renewals, upgrades, online purchases) with accuracy and SLA adherence Review and validate order details in partnership with Sales Manage invoicing support, billing inquiries, and invoice dispute resolution Collaborate with Finance and Legal on administrative and compliance matters Serve as a point of contact for order‑related inquiries Maintain data integrity in Salesforce (or similar CRM) and support process improvements Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in order management or sales operations, ideally within SaaS or IT Strong experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems Familiarity with invoicing and e‑commerce platforms preferred Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field preferred *This is a long-term contract opportunity* *You must be located in the Austin area.
