Sales Specialist

to join our growing team. This role supports Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care communities across the Southeast and requires frequent travel. The ideal candidate is based in the Southeast (near a major airport), thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a heart for working with seniors and their loved ones, and a tenacious leadership style will produce the best results!

This position follows a 10 days on / 4 days off travel schedule. A passion for working with seniors, paired with a tenacious, results‑driven leadership style, will set you up for success.

Key Responsibilities

Leverage strong sales expertise to drive closings across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care communities

Step in as a regional sales leader to support and accelerate community performance

Support communities through pre-sale and post-sale processes

Assist communities in all aspects of increasing census

Analyze and manage sales ratios, including inquiries, leads, tours, deposits, and move-ins

Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges

Serve as an additional Sales Director for focus communities, as needed

Act as Interim Sales Director during leadership transitions

Provide backup support for marketing dashboards and weekly census reports

Develop and execute outreach strategies, building strong referral relationships with local partners

Attend and support sales and marketing events such as luncheons, VIP events, grand openings, open houses, and resident referral events

Train and coach inside and outside sales team members, including outreach ride-alongs

Support and enhance the Vitality Move‑In Experience

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required

Minimum of 3 years of multi-site sales management experience

Ability to travel up to 90% throughout the Southeast region

Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Proficient with CRM systems and operational platforms

Training and coaching experience preferred

Ability to meet all state or provincial health and certification requirements
