Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role located in Nashville, TN. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building strong client relationships, assisting customers, and driving sales. Daily tasks include engaging with walk-in clients, guiding them in their wood flooring needs, managing leads, and pursuing sales opportunities. The candidate will also provide product education, ensure customer satisfaction, and support the Nashville showroom team in achieving sales goals. 60-75K range salary. Full time/in person.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport with clients and address their needs effectively.

Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management with experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Ability to provide Training and product knowledge to assist clients in making informed decisions.

Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Experience in retail, interior design, or related industries is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is an advantage.
