Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role located in New York, NY. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and building sales relationships. Key tasks include driving sales initiatives, understanding client needs, offering tailored product recommendations, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets. The role will also involve facilitating sales training and staying updated on market trends to provide informed advice to clients. 60-75K salary range, full time / in person. Qualifications
Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to build lasting client relationships Experience in Sales with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Knowledge of Sales Management and experience in managing and executing sales strategies Proficiency in Training and providing guidance to team members and staff Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a client-focused mindset Ability to work independently in an on-site environment Experience in the luxury or design industries is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
