Director of Operations – Roofing

We’re a fast-growing roofing company in Myrtle Beach looking for a Director of Operations to own and elevate our production, systems, and execution across residential and commercial roofing.
This is a leadership role for someone who knows roofing operations inside and out and can build scalable processes while keeping quality, margins, and customer experience at a high level.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Oversee day-to-day roofing operations (production, scheduling, materials, labor, quality control)
Manage and develop production managers, coordinators, and field teams
Ensure jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to company standards
Optimize workflows, SOPs, and systems (CRM, production software, reporting)
Control costs, margins, and efficiency across all jobs
Partner with Sales, Insurance, and Leadership to ensure smooth handoffs
Resolve escalations, complex job issues, and operational bottlenecks
Drive continuous improvement, accountability, and team performance
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of operations experience
Proven experience managing multiple crews, schedules, and high job volume
Strong leadership and communication skills
Systems-driven, organized, and detail-oriented
Comfortable with numbers: job costing, margins, labor, materials
Able to lead in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Local to Myrtle Beach or willing to relocate
