**Director, Global Lab Operations & Lab Services** The Director, Global Lab Operations & Lab Services leads the strategic direction and hands‑on management of global 24×7 engineering lab environments. This role owns Global Lab Operations (infrastructure, monitoring, lifecycle, compliance, SLAs) and Lab Services (dev/test/demo/POC environments, network, cybersecurity, lab design) and drives the global rollout of Lab‑as‑a‑Service (LaaS). The position requires direct involvement in infrastructure setup, equipment deployment, virtualization management, inventory allocation, procurement, capacity balancing, cost optimization, and a comprehensive global Business Continuity & Resilience program. **Key Responsibilities** **Qualifications & Competencies** 15+ years of progressive management experience leading lab operations for Hybrid Cloud, Virtualization, Storage, Networking, and Compute based environmentsProven leader of large, distributed 24×7 technical operations with strong hands‑on experience in lab/infrastructure management. Deep technical knowledge of virtualization, software‑defined compute/storage/network, monitoring, asset lifecycle, and automation/orchestration tools.Strong program and vendor management skills; experienced in procurement cycles, BOMs, and global inventory allocation. Excellent communicator and influencer with ability to brief executives and collaborate across global technical and business teams.
