Job Summary: The Associate Director Outpatient Services is responsible for organization and monitoring of overall functioning of the outpatient rehabilitation therapy programs and sites as well as supervision of supervisors/coordinators/team leaders that work in the outpatient areas. Duties include completing performance evaluations; leading outpatient team goals and initiatives; program development, marketing, and staffing changes. Responsible for data review and monitoring of third party payor regulations. The Associate Director works with business manager, director, staff and physicians to oversee outpatient areas.
Minimum Qualifications: NYS licensed & registered (or eligible) Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist, degree required for licensure and a minimum of 5 years of experience to include two years in an administrative/supervisory capacity required. CPR/BLS certification required by time of appointment.
Preferred Qualifications: Work Days: M-F 8-4:30 rotating weekends and holidays
