JR5211STV is seeking a Digital Development Director to lead strategic growth initiatives within our Digital Advisory practice. This senior leadership role will drive digital go-to-market (GTM) strategy, business development, enterprise technology advisory services, and the expansion of STV’s digital solutions portfolio across transportation, infrastructure, and major capital programs.The Director will serve as both a strategic growth leader and operational executive, overseeing digital solution development, cultivating key client and technology partnerships, and ensuring successful implementation of enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives.**Key Responsibilities*** Lead development and execution of STV’s digital go-to-market strategy.* Drive business development efforts to expand digital advisory service offerings and grow the project pipeline.* Identify emerging technology opportunities aligned with client and market needs.* Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on digital transformation, enterprise technology integration, and governance frameworks.* Oversee digital assessments, technology implementation roadmaps, and enterprise solution design initiatives.* Guide deployment of data platforms, workflow automation tools, analytics solutions, and custom digital products.* Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of digital consultants, product specialists, engineers, and data professionals.* Oversee operational management of the Digital Advisory group, including staffing, resource planning, and performance oversight.* Build and maintain strategic relationships with technology vendors, teaming partners, and industry stakeholders.* Manage fiscal planning, forecasting, and budget oversight for digital initiatives.* Track revenue performance and ensure profitability targets are achieved.* Support pricing strategy and contract negotiations for digital engagements.**Required Qualifications*** 15+ years of progressive experience in digital transformation, enterprise technology advisory, or digital delivery within infrastructure, AEC, or consulting environments.* Demonstrated leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.* Proven track record in business development and growing digital service offerings.* Strong background in enterprise solution design, data governance, product strategy, or digital workflow optimization.* Experience supporting major capital programs or infrastructure clients.* Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills**Preferred Qualifications*** Experience within transportation or large-scale infrastructure markets.* Background in BIM, digital engineering, or design technology.* Deep familiarity with PMIS platforms* Experience leading custom digital product development initiatives.* MBA or advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Engineering.* Experience building and managing strategic technology partnerships.Compensation Range:$204,645.30 - $233,880.34**STV offers the following benefits** • Health insurance, including an option with a Health Savings Account • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • Flexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care and Transit and Parking where applicable) • Disability insurance • Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment • 401(k) Plan • Retirement Counseling • Employee Assistance Program • Paid Time Off (starting at 16 days) • Paid Holidays (9 days) • Back-Up Dependent Care (up to 10 days per year) • Parental Leave (up to 80 hours) • Continuing Education Program • Professional Licensure and Society MembershipsSTV is committed to paying all of its employees in a fair, equitable, and transparent manner.
