Position Summary Under the direction of the Director of Growth Marketing and Creative Services, the Senior Manager, Marketing Partnerships will design, direct, and activate regional and national partnership programs and relationships across Versiti. This position takes a leading role in strategic vision and planning for Versiti's presence across it's multi-state footprint. By leading the Partnership Team and collaborating with colleagues in Growth Marketing and Creative Services, the Senior Manager will ensure brand alignment, maximize usage of assets and rights, and ultimately grow Versiti's capacity for impact. This individual will also leverage relationships to drive in-kind donations as well as sponsorship opportunities with Versiti.

Responsibilities
Partner with national and regional organizations to strategically build programs that fully realize asset value and deliver results
Strategically identify potential partners, creating and managing a pipeline
Develops new strategies, measurements, tactics and action plans that drive awareness and collections impact
Manage and report on active partnership analytics and results
Collaborate with Growth and Donor Marketing Managers on partnership activation strategy
Cultivate excellent relationships with primary vendors, key account managers, and sponsorship partners
Generate in-kind donations and sponsorships to offset Versiti business expenses
Innovate partnerships, looking for new verticals, industries, and creative ways to grow our service lines and geographies
Travels as needed to ensure primary sponsor relationships across Versiti are handled with the highest level of respect and care
HR Management Provide work direction and guidance to staff Provide coaching and training to staff members to ensure that they are successful in their roles Monitor and document staff performance, set goals in partnership with director, Versiti corporate marketing and segment leaders, and completes employee performance evaluations.
Works with CMO and Director of Growth and Creative Services to plan and manage budget.
Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification
Understands and performs in accordance with all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements
Complies with all standard operating policies and procedures
Qualifications Education
Bachelor's Degree in marketing or relevant field required
Experience
4-6 years leadership experience required
4-6 years agency or corporate marketing experience, with emphasis on foundational development, sales or co-marketing sponsorship development with demonstrated achievement of business growth required
1-3 years Demonstrated success designing partnership programs across a large regional or national footprint required
1-3 years Experience in effectiveness measures related to marketing campaigns required
4-6 years Demonstrated success in working effectively within cross functional teams to achieve predefined organizational outcomes required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Demonstrated, effective partnership development and management required
Ability to lead and develop direct and cross-functional teams required
High level of marketing and advertising knowledge through partnerships and across traditional and digital platforms to recommend strategies to meet growth goals and strengthen brand position required
Ability to identify opportunities, communicate goals and deliver written action plans required
Contract negotiation and ability to balance plans to meet budget, influence and conversion goals required
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines required
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, including negotiation and conflict management: the ability to effectively listen, apply servant leadership and communicate positively with media, sponsors, donors, and peers. required
