The Role
We are seeking a dynamic
Sales & Partnerships Manager
to lead our US market expansion by building relationships with top-tier consulting firms and private equity firms. This is a role for a results-driven professional who thrives on building meaningful client relationships and driving revenue growth. As our Sales & Partnerships Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding leading US consulting and PE firms, including frequent in-person client interactions in the US, while leveraging our track record & network in Asia. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & Sales
Identify and target top-tier consulting firms and private equity firms across the US market. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve aggressive growth targets. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to decision senior decision-makers. Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. Relationship Management
Establish and nurture long-term strategic partnerships with key clients. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Understand client needs deeply and position Arches' expert network solutions effectively. Represent Arches at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings. Build trust and credibility within the consulting and PE ecosystem. Monitor competitive landscape and market trends in the expert network industry. Provide insights and feedback to product and operations teams. Contribute to pricing strategies and service offerings. Support marketing efforts with client testimonials and case studies. Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets. Preferred Experience (Big Plus)
Industry Experience: Expert network services background. Client Network: Existing relationships with consulting firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, PwC..) or private equity firms. US Market: Previous experience selling to US clients or working in US markets. Related Industries: Background in executive search/headhunting, professional services sales, or SaaS sales.
