What are we looking for?

2+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within the technology, quant finance, or STEM-related space

Proven track record of successful placements in permanent roles.

Willingness and aptitude to learn and problem solve

We value highly motivated, commercially minded individuals who are responsible for developing targeted sourcing strategies, building deep candidate pipelines, and driving recruitment success at every stage.

Location:

New York, NY (in office 4/5 days per week)

Compensation Built for Growth - we value initiative, and that’s why our compensation isn’t frozen

Base: $50,000 – $150,000+ (commensurate with experience)

Commission: Up to 50%, with accelerated tiers as you scale your desk
