They have another person who does Executive Recruitment on THE TECH side,
Roles will be in Risk, Finance, Marketing
Someone who understands corporate & business functions.
Should have a good track record of work, no job hoppers.
If someone has on their resumes that they have filled 100 some jobs in a year, as per manager, that means it’s a highly transactional person
Should have experience in hiring VP, Directors.
Ability to access candidates for leadership roles.
Looking for someone who has experience doing executive search for fortune 50 companies.
