Qualifications 8+ years of recruiting experience, with significant experience leading senior-level or executive searches within financial services or similarly complex, regulated organizations Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus Demonstrated success partnering with senior management and executive stakeholders on critical, high-impact hires Proven expertise in executive search methodologies, including market research, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence Strong experience structuring and negotiating complex compensation packages Exceptional consultation, influencing, and negotiation skills, with executive presence and credibility Excellent written and verbal communication skills and sound judgment in sensitive, confidential situations Highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple senior-level searches simultaneously Experience working as a search consultant at a retained executive search firm is strongly preferred
