Responsibilities
Assist with onboarding and ongoing training programs for new and existing sales reps
Help maintain and organize sales enablement materials such as playbooks, talk tracks, templates, and FAQs
Help collect feedback from sales reps and contribute to improvements in enablement content
Track and report on enablement usage and participation
Assist with the calculation, validation, and processing of sales commissions and incentives
Help review commission reports to identify discrepancies and support resolution
Maintain documentation related to commission plans, rules, and processes
Respond to basic commission-related questions from the sales team with guidance and escalation as needed
Help prepare reports and dashboards related to commissions, payouts, and sales performance
Support process improvements and documentation to improve efficiency and accuracy
Partner with Finance, Sales, and RevOps to support day-to-day operational needs
Learn and use sales and commission systems (e.g., Salesforce, reporting tools, enablement platforms)
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, enablement, finance, or a related role
Strong attention to detail and interest in working with data and processes
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
Comfortable working cross-functionally and asking questions when needed
Organized, dependable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment
