What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Drive revenue growth through new business development and maintaining existing client relationships
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while managing a robust sales pipeline
Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and develop territory expansion plans
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring alignment with their business needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute advertising campaigns and present compelling proposals
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in local sales, preferably in advertising or media sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets for at least 3 consecutive years
Strong pipeline management skills with experience maintaining a 3x+ pipeline coverage
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in advertising sales, media sales, or related sales field
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel for data analysis
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
Proven success in generating new business and managing client relationships
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
