What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Drive revenue growth through new business development and maintaining existing client relationships

Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting a full line of advertising solutions

Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline with proactive identification of new opportunities

Provide strategic consulting and insights based on category expertise to drive client success

Conduct regular business reviews and maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience in local sales, preferably in advertising or media sales

Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets for a minimum of 3 consecutive years

Strong pipeline management skills with experience maintaining 3x+ pipeline coverage

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in advertising sales, media sales, or related sales fields

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while adapting to market trends

Proficiency in CRM software and lead generation platforms

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions
