What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Collaborate with Outside Sales team members to drive site-based customer outreach and key market penetration
Secure new and repeat business by building strong relationships with key customers via virtual appointments and outbound phone calls
Host virtual product presentations to familiarize customers with proprietary services
Conduct online research to gather information on trends and funding opportunities in early learning and elementary education
Participate in weekly meetings with your team to discuss department initiatives and strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree
Experience making high-volume outbound sales calls in an Inside Sales and/or Outside Sales role
Strong work ethic and team player mentality
Top-notch written and verbal communication skills
Excellent administrative and organizational skills with great attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Strong track record of sales success within the early childhood and K–5 education sector
Familiarity with the industry's dynamics and decision-making processes
Experience with Salesforce
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Highly coachable with an eagerness to learn and accept feedback
