What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Collaborate with Outside Sales team members to drive customer outreach and market penetration
Build strong relationships with key customers through virtual appointments and outbound phone calls
Consistently meet or exceed activity requirements and sales quotas
Partner with schools and childcare centers to assess ongoing educational needs
Conduct virtual product presentations to familiarize customers with proprietary services
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree
Experience in making high volume outbound sales calls in an Inside Sales and/or Outside Sales role
Strong work ethic and team player mentality
Solid presentation skills and ability to address customer needs at various levels
Top‑notch written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Track record of sales success within the early childhood and K–5 education sector
Familiarity with Salesforce
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Highly coachable with eagerness to learn and accept feedback
Excellent administrative and organizational skills
