Proactively maintain and retain relationships with existing commercial and industrial customers
Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls to support customer retention
Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the employer's services and pricing structures
Utilize Salesforce to document all customer interactions and activities
Increase customer penetration by selling the full suite of products offered by the employer
What is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or G.E.D.
0 - 2 years of customer service experience
Ability to effectively communicate with customers and respond to their needs
Knowledge of the employer's services and pricing structures
Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the waste or transportation industry
Strong sales skills and ability to upsell additional services
Familiarity with customer retention strategies
Excellent problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectively
