What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Build and maintain relationships with customers post-sale to identify upsell opportunities

Conduct outreach to educate customers on new products and features, leading discovery calls and product demonstrations

Collaborate with a Solution Engineer to incorporate customer feedback into future product features

Assess and forecast sales activity and revenue goals accurately

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by maintaining a robust sales pipeline

What is Required (Qualifications):

2-3 years of experience in a sales role with quota‑carrying responsibilities

1-2 years of closing experience in a SaaS/Software environment strongly preferred

Consultative sales approach towards cold prospecting, upselling, and negotiating

Experience in upselling products/services to external customers, including C Suite

Bachelor's degree preferred
