What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Drive awareness and adoption of new products for assigned clients in the Emerging Enterprise Segment

Build and manage relationships, including contract renewals, with existing clients

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for program improvement and expansion

Conduct product demonstrations and own the upsell sales process

Manage contractual processes and negotiations at the executive level

What is Required (Qualifications):

5+ years of experience, with at least 3 years in a sales role, preferably in the hospitality/restaurant industry or B2B SaaS

Proven track record of action‑oriented, client‑focused results

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with a collaborative mindset

Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast‑paced environment

Proficiency in PC skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Google Suite, CRM, and data analytics tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience with legal contracts and contract negotiations

Previous experience in a technology‑driven sales environment

Strong analytical skills for conducting benchmark analyses and identifying growth opportunities

Familiarity with restaurant operations and the digital sales landscape
