What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage and expand customer accounts within the Self Service segment
Execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and protect existing accounts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute renewals and enhance customer satisfaction
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools
Develop analytical strategies to identify growth opportunities and deliver value
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2 years of closing experience or 1+ years at a SaaS or CPaas company
Proven track record of managing business forecasts and financial models
Strong communication skills for engaging with both business and technical leaders
Ability to analyze account development strategies using data
Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in defining processes and building programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working in a fast-paced tech environment
Familiarity with Twilio’s communications API platform
Background in digital communication strategies
Proven ability to think creatively and solve complex problems
Experience in a customer-facing sales role
