What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Increase sales by enhancing penetration within existing accounts
Lead customer conversations to establish value and address concerns
Drive and manage a sales pipeline utilizing Microsoft Dynamics
Develop strong relationships with key decision‑makers across account organizations
Negotiate customer‑specific programs and present new product innovations
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School diploma or GED equivalent required
Minimum of 2+ years of industrial sales experience with either a manufacturer or distributor
Strong business acumen in areas such as accounting, P&L, and performance metrics
Must possess strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office products and previous experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in business, marketing, or professional selling
Knowledge in safety products
Experience working independently with minimal supervision
Outstanding customer service skills and ability to work within a team
Ability to travel up to 50% for customer visits and events
