
Jr Account Manager, Uber Eats (Dutch Speaking)

As an Account Manager at Uber Eats, you will manage a portfolio of local favourite restaurants in the Flanders region and be responsible for its long-term commercial relationships, growth and profitability.
This role is key to accelerating Uber Eats’ growth across the Flanders territory, which is why fluency in Dutch is essential.
To do so, you will collaborate efficiently and closely with your portfolio of restaurant partners to optimize their operations, foster strong relationships through customized growth recommendations and identify opportunities to upsell additional Uber products.
We are open to candidates residing in the Flanders region, Antwerp, and potentially Ghent, with a mandatory presence at the Brussels office once per week.
What will you do
Manage
commercial relationships
Articulate and sell
the Uber Eats value proposition to help restaurant partners leverage the full suite of Uber products and services to grow their business
Identify key risks
to our partnerships, and work quickly and diligently to ensure we are delivering the best possible experience for our partners to ensure 100% account retention.
Lead
commercial discussions in case of contract renegotiation.
Drive
partners growth - Co-define a growth strategy with your partners to then lead initiatives with them via effective marketing recommendations, menu optimisation, operations flags and tips…
Leverage data
to make recommendations - Use all the available data at Uber to identify opportunities / gaps, prioritize them on their estimated impact, build a convincing pitch to your restaurant partners and analyze results of solutions you implemented.
Partner with internal stakeholders
- Collect and synthesize restaurant partner feedback into insights to solve problems and ensure that feedback received is utilised in informing and driving the product and business roadmap
Seek
for and achieve restaurant industry deep understanding
Act as an ambassador
of Uber Eats mission, brand, and product
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing account management or a relevant commercial role
Fluent in Dutch , professional proficiency in English
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to clearly frame a value proposition, demonstrate the true value of give/get in partnerships to ensure the best outcomes for both Uber Eats and our partners, probe for objections, remove obstacles, and eliminate barriers to gain commitment
Strong motivation and passion to work with top restaurants and build a business together
Preferred Qualifications
Capable of running analysis and transforming data into relevant insights
Ability to think strategically and analyze restaurant needs to both unlock opportunities and creatively problem-solve
Demonstrate time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize based on impact
Willingness to hustle, roll-up sleeves, and get in the weeds with our highest value partners in order to hit quarterly and annual revenue, retention, and adoption targets.
